This has got to be the most clueless question I have seen this year.

'reality is difficult.' Well done, Nick. Good to hear his perspective and good, respectful pushback and questioning from your end. Good listen.

Good interview. I don’t really like the sort of - the other political side is bad from conservative or progressive pundits and here is a book why. Anyone can conveniently angle for their side and leave out other things that can infringe on their argument. Nick pushed back and Brian more or less conceded on some points.

What the hell does a 35 year-old know? Precious little! What is your point, Gillespie?

Very skeptical but I’ll try. I’m happily willing to denounce Republicans but Democrats have been so one-note for so long, that I’m convinced they’ve all gone completely insane.

Howard Kunstler calls one the party of corruption and the other the party of chaos. The names could apply to either but deftly defines the choices we actually get.

It’s so bad that Neo-reactionaries like Curtis Yarvin seem like prophets. A lot of us out here are wondering what comes after Democracy.

Nothin’ good, i’d guess 🤷‍♂️
